I’ve been a client of Scotty’s for quite a while now, and every time I come in, I’m greeted with a smile and a genuine desire to solve my problem.

I really appreciate that they never try to upsell you by inventing unnecessary services. The work is honestly priced upfront, with no surprises.

The shop is clean, the mechanics always seem happy to be there, the coffee is fresh, and there are even free snacks. 😊

And it’s not just the little things. A few years ago, I had to leave my car overnight. I only own one vehicle and normally wait for it to be serviced at the shop, but this time I had no choice. I live 40 minutes away in another state, and they went completely out of their way to help me — they actually assigned a staff member to drive me home that evening and pick me up the next day. That’s the kind of customer service you don’t forget.

Another time, they spent more than an hour diagnosing a problem with my vehicle. I eventually had the repair done somewhere else under warranty, and Scotty’s didn’t charge me a dime for all that diagnostic work.

They genuinely seem to care about their customers and about doing the right thing.

All in all, just an amazing shop. Wholeheartedly recommend!
